Support platform headers and server url config for autorouting

Basically root.platformConfig.autoroutingServerUrl should be the default serverUrl, and root.platformConfig.autoroutingHeaders should be the default headers on fetch requests for the autorouting server

This enables authenticated autorouting, which allows us to rate limit users to prevent abuse
