PCB Viewer should show error diamond at correct location (using pcb_error.center) #29

Currently, the error diamond is show at a center point of two ports.

Instead, when we draw a pcb_error / pcb_trace_error, we should draw the diamond at the pcb_error.center location (if it's defined)

The dotted lines should go from the port, to the diamond, to the other port.
