Issue with acquiring token for drone

The status of the drone is available but cant acquire the token. the dialogue box says "Acquire the drone - Please use this token to call the interface at least once every hour or the drone will be released automatically." but no token appears. And as soon as yes is clicked I see "Failed to acquire drone, {"error":"Failed to find drone"}"
