How to talk on the server , basically how to get trusted?

Check the #rules channel.
It says:

To get the voice on this server sub to Tsoding Twitch channel (https://twitch.tv/tsoding), pledge on Patreon (https://patreon.com/tsoding) or Boost this Server.
If you can't do either of those, link your socials to your Discord account (preferably GitHub) and rejoin the server.
I'll look into your stuff and MIGHT give you the voice for free.
This may take some time since I'm not looking into the server 24/7 and there is no guarantee that you get a voice just by connecting your GitHub.
The profile must have something in it that you've made yourself.
Do not DM the members of this server about getting the voice in here. Doing so may result in permaban
