Currently the kanata process requires installing the karabiner-elements HID driver with /Applications/.Karabiner-VirtualHIDDevice-Manager.app/Contents/MacOS/Karabiner-VirtualHIDDevice-Manager activate. Instead, this should be a part of the definition.

It is in the nix store as the karabiner-elements.driver output, but this seems to have issues with execution. Potentially timestamp changes or binary patching ruin the codesigning? Worst-case, I can repackage it myself.
