Submission grades are not synced to grade book

I found an issue with the Turnitin Assignment plugin where the submission grades are not being synced to the grade book for some anonymous assignments. The affected assignments have the 'anongradebook' set to 1 before the 'Post Date' due.

This means those assignments were not picked up by the scheduled task to sync grades to the grade book when the 'Post Date' passed.

I also found that those submissions have 'submission_unanon' = 0 (after the 'Post Date' as well). It seems this prevents the grades from ever being synced to the grade book.
