Mouse motion is captured when fullscreen window is unfocused #2

Awesome patch, thanks!

Slight problem in the following scenario:

Toggle fullscreen display on
Open a dired buffer (where the highlighted line moves with the cursor)
Switch to another app (so that it's window is above Emacs)
Mouse motion is still captured by the dired window

This doesn't happen when Emacs is not full-screen.
