Support upgrade to latest version of Serverless #188

sls deploy does not work for the latest version of serverless (we are currently using version 1.67.2). Getting warnings related to this - seems like we're unable to load files from outside the service folder (ie we cannot use things from serverless.common.yml in the serverless.yml files for each individual service)
