TODO: Add the “self-evaluation” phase dates to the tool.

Maki comment: The goal of the tool is to check whether assignments are actively running on a certain date, so that we can identify a good time to push updates. Currently the tool shows the “Answering” and “Comparing” phase dates but there may be assignments that utilize the optional self-assignment phase beyond this. Is it worth adding in to see those dates, or is that beyond our scope?
