Decky Animation Loader animations are overwritten by Bazzite default animations upon switching to desktop mode.

Animations actually have to be deleted and reinstalled in animation loader to reset. And promptly are overwritten again on switching to desktop mode.

Upon researching this further, it seems that SteamOS itself is also having some animation loader issues. Particularly related to suspend animations which is also present in Bazzite. I wonder if this goes into the boot animation issue on Bazzite at all?

there's a ujust to disable the overrides, but it's bugged right now. There's a fix that was just merged, so it'll be fixed when the change is released to stable

but in the meanwhile you can manually run the ujust via:

ujust configure-override-videos disable
