For most uses, it makes sense to me to keep the Fedora branding for Universal Blue images. However, something I can imagine people will want for Endlish Oesque would be Endless branding. Off the top of my head:
Boot splash
Logo in GNOME Settings
OS name in GNOME Settings (/etc/os-release)
Logo on GDM?
I also think I have seen some Red Hat documentation for all the places branding shows up, it might be worth checking that.
