I think this kind of scripts should be mostly for our internal uses and be placed in https://github.com/uc-cdis/HEAL-scripts/tree/master/heal_adapters rater than into HEAL SDK |

New Features
This script takes in two inputs, a DOI study ID and a Heal Study ID. Using these two inputs, it queries Dataverse and generates an external file metadata dictionary structure and then merges it into the heal study metadata in QA.
