0.0.1: First draft of the PDP data model.

This is the first draft of the Prometheus Data Platform (PDP) data model. Includes, adding new metabolomic node and editing subject, study and exposure nodes to support ingestion of metabolomics and exposure (VMOAT, etc.) data.
