I would like to revisit my feature request to have the ability to Void or Resend an assigned DocuSign Document, and have "People With Incomplete Documents" Report exclude documents with status "Voided". As Aggie Enterprise was pushed back I was hoping there was time for new features again. In talking with others, there were additional features that would be very handy for the Documents.
One was the ability to manually upload completed documents under a Person record. There are some forms that have more complex routing, such as ones that go to a requestor, PI, then Safety Coordinator. So instead of programming that ability into PEAKS, it would be much simpler if we could just upload the completed document and attach it to a Person record. That would also allow us to scan in and attach paper documents as well.
Another one was requested by Brian McEligot. He would also like the ability to manually set an expiration date to documents so that he may run reports and see items like MOUs that have expired. He also said the ability to add Tags to those documents as well would assist in that reporting.
