Discussion

• We worked on the paper during the meeting.
  • We added Azeri and Tatar versions of the examples.
• People in favor of "layered features" and "splitting before / after -ki" should start writing those subsections in the paper. (PS: "splitting after -ki" may not find an assignee.)
