Discussion

• Bermet and Soudabeh will apply for reimbursement for the conference.
• If no one volunteers or is able to go, Çağrı Hoca may present as he is already going to be in the conference.
• We talked about some potential issues to discuss:
  • Aida Eje mentioned:
    • Light verb constructions
    • Compounds
    • Participles
  • Çağrı Hoca mentioned:
    • Examples like "ikisi" (two of them), "sarısı" (the yellow part of it) need unified treatment.
    • Postpositions
      • Example: "arabanın üstü" (top of the car; postposition or noun?)
    • Cases
      • Example: "5 kilometre koştum." (I've run for 5 kilometers.; accusative or else?)
    • Secondary predicates
      • Example: "Çayını sıcak içer." (He drinks his tea hot.)
