There is a need to measure the cone angle that water is pushed from the thruster (Blue Robotics). One way to do this is mount a thruster fixture to a bath tub and add dye to the water this way we can measure the angle with a camera mounted on top.
There is also a need to document this test so it can be replicated in future semesters.
