Editing an item (eg. its metadata) should add a record into provenance metadata.

@milanmajchrak v te 2025.02.13138173196 pri edit item, add metadata, vidim, ze se nejaka metadata pridaji, ale uz nevidim konkretni hodnotu. To je umyslne? U delete vidim co mazu...
