Various formats, such as CHA, include a handle in the metadata which provides info in currently often CDMI format (see this example) - so:

Should we attempt to recuperate the info from such handles?
What would be the appropriate CDMI to TEI conversion?
Should the output of the tools optionally provide handles for files that do not have one?
Should TEITOK provide the option to create handle data in the repository? and if so, per file?
