There is an old document with some general info about onboarding https://github.com/uio-carpentry/organisational/blob/master/board/onboarding.md

A new document was added, based on the Carpentries EC onboarding/offboarding checklist. https://github.com/uio-carpentry/organisational/blob/master/board/On_offboarding_board.md

Needs editing, though.

generally review document on-offboarding_board.md
add who is responsible to the tasks
turn bullet points into checkmarks
merge content of onboarding.md file into on-offboarding_board.md file OR rename

I addressed this in 0fec306. The new on/offboarding document is now https://github.com/uio-carpentry/organisational/blob/master/board/on-offboarding_board.md.

I did not add a responsible person as this may change from year to year.
