        ‘Distribution.Simple.Compiler’ (at src/Distribution/Extra/Doctest.hs:(69,1)-(70,74))

Diagnosed; caused by haskell/cabal#10559

An (yet another) #if MIN_VERSION_Cabal should fix it ⌛
