List restricted content on member group and/or member

When content nodes has been restricted to "Specific members protection" or "Group based protection" could we show these content pages (related content) on the member group and perhaps the member itself too?

It the moment I don't think restricting content to member / member group creates a relation? Should it? If it creates a relation it possible use same concept a content, media etc. shows tracked relations.
