[Bug]: Kalman Filter starts publishing too late! #184

Current Behavior

starts publishing a couple seconds after the simulation has started

Expected Behavior

kalman should start when the GPS data stops jumping (which is a GPS bug at the start)

How to reproduce the issue

  • start the dev launch and look at the terminal

Kalman Filter publishes the Position when the first Position from the GNSS is published -> seems fine with me
