[Feature]: Add boards or filters to check the progress of each group (planning, acting, perception, system enigneer)

Description

As a systems engineer and for general organization information about the issues and tasks done this sprint from each group is needed. For this a board is needed (already existing) and maintained. Also a Filter is necessary where each group can be selected to see which issues are in which state at the moment. Also for planning the next sprint this board would help if maintained correctly.

Definition of Done

• Each group has knowledge about how to work with the board
• Each group has the possibility to either select the own board or select a filter so only the issues of this group are visible
• In the PAF Project Backlog there are also priority and size options. Check if it makes sense to use them instead of the labels

You can decide in the group as you wish. We found it more complicated to filter according to the priority in the project instead of adding new labels. Further size labels would be conceivable in principle.

Boards were added and all team-leaders were informed. We could use the boards in the upcoming sprint for planning and woking effectively.

I would like to address this topic today in our meeting. If we fully commit to the boards this could be helpful but if not it would be problematic as the tags are only clearly visible at the boards.
