[Feature]: Remodel ACC concept

Feature Description

The currently used ACC does not seem to work properly. In the long term, it should be improved. In this issue, some research is done to understand the mechanism of the current ACC and to understand how real-world ACCs work.

Definition of Done

• A common understanding of the currently used ACC is gained.
• Some research concerning real-world ACCs is done.
• Some ideas on how to improve the current ACC are collected.
• All the results are documented in a markdown file.
