Descrição do Pull Request
Foi feita a integração do Vue.js com o Django através da criação de arquivos estáticos do front utilizando o comando 'npm run build'. Foi configurado para que esses arquivos sejam gerados na pasta 'static/dist' no diretório API. No arquivo settings.py foi adicionado o local dos arquivos estáticos e acrescentado '0.0.0.0' como host permitido.
O arquivo index.html foi criado na pasta templates no qual são carregados os arquivos estáticos e alterada as URLs para que o Vue renderize a partir da url '/'.
