As a VCkit maintainer,
I want to update all GitHub workflows from v3 to v4 of actions/upload-artifact and actions/download-artifact,
So that our CI/CD pipelines continue functioning after the December 5, 2024 deprecation.

Background

GitHub is deprecating v3 artifact actions on December 5, 2024, with brownouts on:

  • November 14, 12pm - 1pm EST
  • November 21, 9am - 5pm EST

Acceptance Criteria

  • All workflows using v3 artifact actions identified
  • Workflows updated to v4
  • Changes tested and verified working
