Deleting of files just results in a white window... #42

Latest master branch version. Steps to reproduce:

In the CMS, klick "Browse files...", choose any file and click "Delete".

The following error shows up in the JS console:

apprise is not defined (kickassets.js, line 413)

These files seem to be missing from the kickassets/javascript/apprise directory:

apprise-1.5.full.js
apprise.css

Remedy: Download apprise from here (full): http://thrivingkings.com/apprise/ and unpack in kickassets/javascript/apprise
