[Bug] Ungoogled Chromium cannot be included in backup

• Version: v99.0.4844.51 (latest)

*Is the bug related to extensions?
No

*If not related to extensions, can the bug be reproduced with corresponding Chromium version?
No idea, I'm not using Chromium due to its privacy/security issues.

*Describe the bug
There is a bug that doesn't allow backup.
After I run Seedvault, I can see Ungoogled Chromium present in the "programs that do not allow backup" list.
This is very unfortunate. Could you fix this?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. run Seedvault backup
2. see Ungoogled Chromium present in the "programs that do not allow backup" list

*Expected behavior
Ungoogled Chromium not to be present in the "programs that do not allow backup" list
