Rust BF Runtime Interface (rbfrt)

The rbfrt crate provides an interface to the Intel Tofino(TM) GRPC-based BF Runtime. It uses the official protobuf definitions of the Intel Tofino Github repository.

The crate is at the moment in an alpha version.
