Fix partially translated HTML files

I noticed that some of the HTML files are only partially translated. For example, in chapter 50, the text abruptly changes from German to English (source language):

Aber fast jeder nahm an, dass diese besondere vorbereitende Achtsamkeit in Ahab nur im Hinblick auf die endgültige Verfolgung von Moby Dick sein musste; denn er hatte bereits seine Absicht offenbart, dieses sterbliche Ungeheuer persönlich zu jagen. The same split happens in other languages:

Mutta melkein kaikki olettivat, että tämä Ahabin valmistava tarkkaavaisuus on tarkoitettu vain Moby Dickin perimmäiseen takaa-ajoon; sillä hän oli jo paljastanut aikomuksensa metsästää tuota kuolevaista hirviötä henkilökohtaisesti. কিন্তু প্রায় সকলেই অনুমান করেছিলেন যে আহাবের এই বিশেষ প্রস্তুতিমূলক সতর্কতা কেবলমাত্র মবি ডিকের চূড়ান্ত তাড়ার লক্ষ্যে হওয়া উচিত; কারণ তিনি ইতিমধ্যেই ব্যক্তিগতভাবে সেই নশ্বর দানবটিকে শিকার করার তার উদ্দেশ্য প্রকাশ করেছিলেন। But such a supposition did by no means involve the remotest suspicion as to any boat's crew being assigned to that boat.

However, there are some languages that are not subject to this, such as zh-TW.
