Hello!

I've been using this plugin for a while now. Very helpful so thanks for the efforts!

I tend to work with multiple projects in different windows at the same time and this doesn't seem to play nicely with this plugin. I work around it by running the initialize command after switching windows from time to time, which works but of course it's not ideal.

Any chance to add better support for multiple windows?

It possible, but sublime 3 does not have API to get window identifier when closing window.
In the end, it will create memory leak.

Corresponding API will be available in sublime text 4 since v4050.
