How can you make list markers bold?

Maybe just an issue of my not understanding openxml enough.

The following code makes the first list item text bold, but not the list marker. How can this be accomplished?

      ol do
        li 'SubItem 1'
        li 'SubItem 2' do

            li 'SubSubItem 1'

              text 'here', bold: true
              br
              text 'there'
            end 
            li 'SubSubItem 2'
