《Voicevox》を追加し、連携可能な音声合成エンジンの対応を拡充します

提案の背景

Voiceroid について調べているときに偶然 Voicevox っていう OSS を知りました。API は CoeiroInk と似た REST な叩き方で呼べそう。商用も含めフリーが名言されている音声合成エンジンなので需要はあるかもしれません。
