Proposed Prioritization Ranking by Co-chairs: The Co-chairs explained that issues and pull requests will get prioritized and scored based on their complexity, priority, difficulty to implement, capability to collect/provide data element, immediate use cased, etc. Subgroup members were encouraged to submit issues and pull requests with enough details for the co-chairs to be able to prioritize them appropriately. Members were also informed that issues/pull request templates will soon be developed for their use - everyone is able to submit issues/pull requests at any time.
Governance: A step by step specification amendment process was covered in the governance section of the slides. This document will be made available on the main GitHub Wiki page for the Subroup's reference.
