Finish Prod Configuration

We need to nail down the last remaining production configuration bits. One of these is nailing down the URL that we'll be using. Currently it's served out of dev.usgo.org, but that should probably be online-ratings.usgo.org (or perhaps a new domain name). @brilee -- Do you have some thoughts here?

Not really. I'd say we just put it up for popular vote. The online-ratings subdomain was off the top of my head; it sounds okay to me.

In dns it can be anything you want. Since this is an AGA production we should use the usgo.org domain. Let me know the subdomain you all agree on and have set the web server to respond to. dev.usgo.org was meant as a basic way to hit that server easily.

After we fiddle around more with the beta version, here's what we'll need to do to launch to prod:

• set up ratings.usgo.org subdomain
• get a new box; get docker + stuff running on that box.
• run create_db, create_server calls to populate the db
• set up statuscake to point at ratings.usgo.org and ping it
• load AGA historical data into prod db.
