Em resources/views/chamados/show/card-comentarios-user.blade.php deixar opcional o js para converter url em html <a ...>. Aqui não está funcional e tive que comentar o js para continuar em texto puro.
Pensei em parametrizar no .env

acho que deviamos tirar esse js que altera o formulário e deixar um js que aplica nos comentários já inseridos. Aí já resolve os 2 problemas. aí se houver algo que pareça link em algum comentário ele já converte somente na exibição.
