Upgrade to UTM 4.6.4 (107) on macOS Breaks macOS Dock

Describe the issue
Upgraded to UTM 4.6.4. Before upgrade, I had no issues with Dock. Now, clicking on a Dock icon opens Finder and highlights the app rather than opening the app. Additionally, I cannot add apps to Dock, as icons do not move to allow insertions of new apps.
