About 20 tests are currently skipped because we don't have SELinux support enabled

this system lacks SELinux support

Installing the package + enabling requires a reboot. See here:
sylvestre@8383568

Maybe we could use Fedora for this?

We would need a self-hosted-runner for Fedora. (related: #2075 (comment))
