Sass is at version 3.4 but the Vaadin sass-compiler seems not to support Sass 3.x. Is this project being maintained and updated?

Any news about a roadmap? The limited features of the compiler are a problem e.g. JarekToro/responsive-layout#36 .

The reason not to use the "original" ruby compiler with jruby is importing from the classpath?
