I am experiencing an issue with AdaLite where my wallet shows a balance of 0 ADA, despite having previously held about 80,000 ADA around three years ago via Ledger Nano S.
I tried both hardware wallet and mnemonics phrases to get access to my account but the balance is still 0.
maybe I have to find a way to access my Byron account!
How can I solve the problem?

Hello,

Byron balances should be loaded automatically and should be ready to use with AdaLite. Please check if you see any transactions in transaction history. If you dont see any, wrong wallet is opened. This problem usually occurs for people that used passphrase in the past and either do not remember the correct passphrase or they forgot to use the passphrase. please check more details about Ledger passphrase on Ledger website https://support.ledger.com/article/115005214529-zd

If you are using passphrase please note - there is no "right" or "wrong" passphrase message on Ledger. Any passphrase you use will create a new different wallet. So for instance if you used passphrase "Crypto" to create protect your Ledger when creating the wallet and now you are using passphrase "crypto" to access the wallet, the device will accept it but it will open a completely different wallet for you (which is of course empty)
