The existing terminal width detection in Ink doesn't support piped processes, as there will not be a columns property on stdout: https://github.com/vadimdemedes/ink/blob/master/src/ink.tsx#L131

There are other ways of detecting this as a fallback. Would you accept a PR to update Ink to use terminal-size?
