More of a feature request and a QOL thing. PCSX2 in recent builds include two versions of pcsx2.
A PCSX2.exe and a pcsx2-avx2.exe the second one is reccomended apparently for most systems so being able to pick which one to use and have spectabis remember would be brilliant.

For now you can just delete the original pcsx2.exe and rename pcsx2-avx2.exe to pcsx2.exe - that's what I do anyway, no issues so far.
