UnitParser v. 1.0.9.0

UnitParser Java code generating the last version (1.0.9.0) of UnitParser.jar, UnitParser_without_javadoc.jar and the associated javadoc (UnitParser.doc).

It also includes UnitParser_Test.java with the part of the FlexibleParser test program which deals with UnitParser.
