Tutorial for creating Plugin with JCB?

I've searched through both the github discussions as well as the youtube channel and can't find anything that shows how to build a plugin in JCB.

Anybody know of a video or document that gives a tutorial on how to do it?

(BTW ... I know how to manually create plugins for Joomla, but looking to bring that process into JCB if possible, so mainly just need to understand where to put things in the JCB Plugin builder and how to build and distribute the plugin).
