The figure speaks of PB8/PB9, the code (https://github.com/ve3wwg/stm32f103c8t6/blob/master/rtos/i2c-pcf8574/main.c) speaks of PB6/PB7

The code is right. Unfortunately, I believed the book for 2 hours.
