Sent $Vet coins from my TW to Vechains token address by mistake. Please help retrieve!!

Hi there! I committed a really stupid error and sent 13,618.27 VET coins to vechains contract address. Am I able to get them back?? My Trust Wallet VET wallet address is:

I hope there is a way to reverse. I've been sick to my stomach. Here are screen shots to prove that they are my coins.
