Navigation menu isn't accessible

In the header, when opening the navigation menu there are a few issues:

• No focus trap
• Escape doesn't close the dialog
• Clicking outside doesn't close the dialog

In other places we're using Radix UI's Dialog component which fixes all of the above issues for us automatically. We should use something similar for this component, too.
