will stop working in Home Assistant 2024.11 #111

I'm encountering the same issue. Will a new patch version be released? Has anyone identified a workaround? |

Same here... |
Just for those that look for a quick fix: removing and reinstalling of the SmartThings integration resolved the issue for me (I had rolled back the core to 24.12.0 in the mean time - which did not help - but updated again to 2024.12.3 after the integration worked again... and its still fine. Likely not of any importance... just in case the reinstall alone does not cut it). |
It doesn't work. |
... for you. There can be different reasons for something not working. In my case it helped to fully remove and reinstall. Thats all I can say. |
Hello,
i am using your smartthing costum fork for my samsung climate.
i am a little bit confused about a Log entry in my HA core:
Detected that custom integration 'smartthings' accesses hass.helpers.storage. This is deprecated and will stop working in Home Assistant 2024.11, it should be updated to import functions used from storage directly at custom_components/smartthings/smartapp.py, line 212: store = hass.helpers.storage.Store(STORAGE_VERSION, STORAGE_KEY), please create a bug report at https://github.com/veista/smartthings/issues
Detected that custom integration 'smartthings' accesses hass.components.cloud. This is deprecated and will stop working in Home Assistant 2025.3, it should be updated to import functions used from cloud directly at custom_components/smartthings/smartapp.py, line 232: and hass.components.cloud.async_active_subscription(), please create a bug report at https://github.com/veista/smartthings/issues
anybody knows a workaround?
Thx a lot
