Maintain the changelog

All changes are required to be well documented in the CHANGELOG.md under either of the following section headers

• Added
  • Describe new features being added
• Changed
  • Describe changes being made to existing code
• Deprecated
  • Describe when code is being depcreated
• Removed
  • To be used to describe when code is being removed from trunk
• Fixed/Bugfix
  • Use this header in the CHANGELOG when bugs are discovered and fixed as part of the the pull requests
• Docs
  • Use this header when changes to lmptools documentation is being made
• Operations
  • This header is to be used when making changes or adding new workflows or when making repo changes
